1. General Information
Measured and Mixed (or Mesuré et Mélangé) is a home-based bakery operating in Côte Saint-Luc, Montréal, Québec. At this time, we offer local pickup only unless otherwise stated. This policy is governed by the laws of Québec, including the Consumer Protection Act (CQLR c. P-40.1), where applicable.
2. Pickup Only
All orders are prepared for local pickup from our designated address in Côte Saint-Luc. We do not currently offer shipping or delivery services unless explicitly communicated and agreed upon in advance.
3. Preparation Time
All products are made to order. Preparation times vary depending on the product and current order volume and will be communicated once your order is confirmed. Estimated preparation times are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. If a delay occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible.
4. Pickup Coordination
Once your order is ready, we will contact you to coordinate a pickup time. Customers are responsible for collecting their orders at the agreed-upon time. Because our products are perishable, timely pickup is essential.
5. Missed or Delayed Pickup
If an order is not collected at the agreed time and no prior notice is given, the order may be considered abandoned. In such cases, we may not be able to guarantee product quality or availability for later pickup. Refunds for missed pickups are not guaranteed, subject to Québec consumer protection rules.
6. Transfer of Responsibility
Responsibility for the order transfers to the customer once the product has been collected. Measured and Mixed is not responsible for issues related to improper storage, handling, or transportation after pickup.
7. Changes or Cancellations
Requests to change or cancel an order must be made as early as possible and before preparation begins. Once preparation has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Nothing in this policy limits the rights granted to consumers under Québec’s Consumer Protection Act.
