2. Products and Availability
All products are made to order and subject to availability. As a home-based bakery with limited daily capacity, we reserve the right to limit quantities or decline orders during peak periods. Product descriptions, images, weights, and quantities are provided as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products and are consistent with artisanal food production practices.
3. Ordering
Orders must be placed using the communication methods indicated on our website (for example, email, message, or order form). An order is considered confirmed once we acknowledge it and agree on the details. Customers are responsible for providing accurate order information. Any request to modify an order must be made as soon as possible and may not always be possible once preparation has begun.
4. Preparation Time
All products are baked fresh to order. Preparation times vary depending on the product and current order volume and will be communicated once the order is confirmed. Estimated preparation times are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control will be communicated as soon as possible.
5. Pricing
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices reflect the cost of ingredients, preparation time, and labour involved in producing handmade baked goods. In accordance with Québec consumer protection rules, the price agreed upon at the time of order confirmation is the price that applies.
6. Payment
Payment methods and timing will be communicated at the time of ordering. Some orders may require payment in advance, while others may be paid upon pickup, as agreed. Orders will not be released until payment has been completed, unless otherwise explicitly agreed.
7. Pickup
All orders are local pickup only, unless otherwise stated. Pickup details, including location and timing, will be coordinated directly with the customer once the order is ready. Customers are responsible for collecting their orders at the agreed-upon time. Failure to collect an order without prior notice may result in the order being forfeited, due to the perishable nature of baked goods.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
Because our products are made to order and perishable, refunds are not automatically guaranteed. Cancellations may be accepted within a reasonable timeframe before preparation begins. Once preparation has started, refunds or cancellations may no longer be possible. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to consumers under Québec’s Consumer Protection Act. 9. Allergens and Food Safety
Our kitchen handles common allergens, including but not limited to dairy, wheat (gluten), eggs, nuts, seeds, soy, and sulphites. While care is taken to follow safe food-handling practices, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Customers with allergies or dietary concerns are encouraged to contact us before placing an order.
